MoodBird Boutique was born out of my love of artsy and craftsy, sewing and bringing my imagination to life in the items we all use everyday. Ever since I was young, I have always loved being creative, putting items together and building something beautiful.

I've noticed a lot of the time that I would see a style of purse that I loved, but it wouldn't be in the right color. I would look at something and think "how cute would that be if it just had this" or "if that was available in this color, I would be all over that." Well, now I am so proud to state that I have created just that. Each MoodBird can choose the cutest, loveliest style of purse that ever existed, in the perfect shade that embodies their unique and beautiful spirit.

Life should be spirited, enjoyable and free-flowing. Your day-to-day accessories, the items that you carry with you to tackle the world, should embody and express your unique sense of style and your gorgeous spirit.

Do you retail anywhere else besides Etsy?
The company was started in late December of 2019 (on New Year's Eve, in fact). Until we are able to sort out our processes and inventory in order to best service our customers, as well as ensure legal and taxation compliance, we only will retail through Etsy.
What is your return policy?
We do not generally accept returns, refunds, exchanges or order cancellations. However, if you have a dire situation, please DM the shop or send an email via the Contact Form below. Someone will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
What are your customization policies?
For accessories and bags, you are able to choose the color and/or design of the fabric (and when specified, the liner fabric as well). However, due to inventory purposes, we do not customize the dimensions of the item. The item's dimensions are delineated in the shop.
Do you gift-wrap items?
Please DM our shop or send us an email using the contact form above. Please include a photo of the inspiration of the item, as well as any specifications. You will be notified whether or not your request is feasible. Please bear in mind that depending on your request, an extra fee may incur.
What are the care instructions?
For items made out of canvas, twill or leather, please wipe with a damp cloth and a gentle soap or detergent (such as Dawn).

For items made out of cotton, polyester, vinyl and other knits, please hand-wash with cold water and allow to air-dry.
If the item has any exterior metal detailing, please dry the metal details thoroughly, as well as allowing the item itself to air-dry.
Please avoid using harsh chemicals and detergents to clean your product. Keep away from direct sunlight. For leather fabrics, the color may darken over time.
What are the copyright policies on the items, designs and sketches?
I do not use purchased patterns to produce Mood Bird products. All Mood Bird products are created using my own designs, patterns that I draw myself, as well as processes that I develop myself. All sketches are mine and all photographs are mine as well. Please do not repost without my written permission, or I will have to watermark the photos.
I saw you with a nice item, but I could not find it on the shop. Can you give me a quote for it if I wanted to purchase it?
I do not currently accept commissions, unless they are for gifts (which are produced at my discretion). If you ask me for a custom item and are willing to pay me for the item, I will also produce it for sale and list it in the shop. If you see me with an item that is not currently listed on the shop, I am unable to provide an exact price/quote until the item is actually ready to launch. The price of the items are calculated based on cost of supplies, fees, taxes and markup factors. These numbers are not known until I produce a prototype of the item that will eventually be listed.
Do you sell gift cards?
Our shop accepts Etsy gift cards, but we do not sell gift cards respectively, as of yet.
